And the more we learn about how our mental wellness informs our physical health, the more evident it becomes that we need an inside-out approach to healthy living.

Jayne Williams is the creator of Jayne Williams Wellness, a platform dedicated to helping people nourish their bodies and feel their best. With a focus on gut health, Jayne teaches a comprehensive approach to wellness that includes mindset, nutrition and lifestyle. She began her career as a journalist and served as the CEO of the South Central Connecticut Chapter of the American Red Cross before becoming a gut health and mental wellness expert. Most recently, Jayne was named to the Goop 15, a list of the hottest wellness, beauty and lifestyle trends.

On this episode of The Live Out Loud Show, Jayne joins Brooke to discuss how she became a health expert out of necessity and explain how her struggle with infertility inspired her to investigate what it means to truly nourish your body.
