Jayne Williams is the creator of Jayne Williams Wellness, a platform dedicated to helping people nourish their bodies and feel their best. With a focus on gut health, Jayne teaches a comprehensive approach to wellness that includes mindset, nutrition and lifestyle. She began her career as a journalist and served as the CEO of the South Central Connecticut Chapter of the American Red Cross before becoming a gut health and mental wellness expert. Most recently, Jayne was named to the Goop 15, a list of the hottest wellness, beauty and lifestyle trends.
