The most important leadership shift I made wasn’t a change in strategy…

It was deciding that GOD would be my CEO.

Back in 2019, I started saying it before I fully understood all of what it meant.
But after speaking it out and believing it... it stopped being something I said, and it became how I led.

Every decision.
Every next step.
Seek HIM first.

Because when you seek God first, you don’t lead from a place of fear or uncertainty.
You lead with peace, clarity, and a steadiness that gives you CONFIDENCE no matter what you’re building.

Now I’m seeing more high-level leaders step into this... not because it’s a trend, but because it WORKS!

I still remember the first group of women who joined the LOL network… 👇

10 years ago, I launched my first mentorship program. We were having conversations on how women could hit their first $100K YEAR.

That season MATTERED and it was an honor to walk with them through it.

Over the last 10 years, the Live Out Loud network has changed.
It’s grown into a COMPLETELY different network of business women, industry leaders, and founders.

The level of thinking has elevated.
The standards have risen.
The way women inside this network lead, steward, and build has evolved tremendously over time.

And because of that, I continue to see women in our network start with an idea… and now have businesses doing $100K months, $100K WEEKS, and hitting their first 7-figure quarters in business.

It didn’t happen overnight.
But each one of them made the SAME decision:
To stop trying to figure everything out alone.

They chose to surround themselves with women who say, “Yes, you can.”

Women who freely share wisdom and resources.

What do you do when a diagnosis tries to define your story before God is finished writing it?

Over two decades ago, I walked through cancer while pregnant and came out healed.

So when it showed up again last year… I didn’t expect the battle to look like this.

There was a moment where I was told what my future would look like… and I had to decide if I was going to accept it as my portion, or believe for something greater.

Because the hardest part isn’t always the diagnosis.
Sometimes it’s the messy middle of the miracle where nothing looks different yet, but you have to keep believing anyway.

This story stretched my faith in a massive way and changed how I walk through every challenge now.
