And I watch the right connections, opportunities, and introductions show up at the right time… again and again.
Not because I forced them… but because I chose to invite God into the process first.

I joined Josh on his show and then we switched seats and he joined me on the Live Out Loud Show!

Josh and I actually go WAY back. He went to chiropractic school with my brother, I’ve had the opportunity to support some of his book launches and events over the years, and I have admired what he has built for SO long.

What I admire even more is the man behind it all. His faith, the way he loves his family, and how boldly he uses what God has given him to impact millions of lives.

Our conversation went DEEP into health, faith, purpose, his own healing journey, and what it really looks like to steward our bodies so we can fully live out what God has called us to do.

There is something so powerful about getting in rooms with people you respect, sharing what God has taught each of you, and pouring it right back out for others.

The most important leadership shift I made wasn’t a change in strategy…

It was deciding that GOD would be my CEO.

Back in 2019, I started saying it before I fully understood all of what it meant.
But after speaking it out and believing it... it stopped being something I said, and it became how I led.

Every decision.
Every next step.
Seek HIM first.

Because when you seek God first, you don’t lead from a place of fear or uncertainty.
You lead with peace, clarity, and a steadiness that gives you CONFIDENCE no matter what you’re building.

Now I’m seeing more high-level leaders step into this... not because it’s a trend, but because it WORKS!

What if supporting your health isn’t ONLY about what you’re eating… but also about what you’re CARRYING? 👀

I just finished the most incredible podcast swap with Dr. Josh Axe here in Nashville, and WOW.

We went there. 😂

CELLULAR HEALTH.
The emotional work.
Grief + trauma + stress.
Writing down what you’re actually feeling instead of stuffing it.
FAITH + PRAYER + BELIEF.
And YES ladies… PERIMENOPAUSE + HORMONES + HRT. 🙌

One of my biggest takeaways?

We can’t separate the BODY from the way we’re stewarding our mind, emotions and spiritual life.

And I loved getting to talk about what it looks like to have BIG FAITH while still pursuing wisdom and taking care of the body God gave us.

Now we are FINALLY leaving Nashville ✈️ and heading to DALLAS—but I had to share some of my biggest takeaways while they’re fresh!

Is your heart holding on to situations, WORDS, or feelings that were never meant to stay long?

It might be offense, bitterness, fear, disappointment... or maybe even the words someone else spoke over you.

But Proverbs tells us to GUARD our hearts above ALL ELSE because EVERYTHING we do, speak, and believe flows from the heart.

And if we don’t bring what we’ve been holding in our heart to God, it will begin shaping the way we see ourselves, other people, and even our future.

But the GOOD NEWS is that God RESTORES hearts.
He redeems broken places.
He fills empty places.
And there is PEACE, healing, and JOY available to you RIGHT NOW... so RECEIVE it!
